What PomoDo is

PomoDo is a productivity web and mobile app that helps individuals and small teams manage their workday using the Pomodoro Technique. Users create a todo list, link any task to the timer, and the app automatically loops between focused work sessions and short breaks until the task is complete. Pro users get per-task custom durations, category and tag labels, a choice of six alarm sounds, focus streak tracking, cloud sync across devices, downloadable PDF and Excel reports, and keyboard shortcuts for a lightning-fast workflow.

How it works (daily usage)

Open PomoDo and add the tasks you want to tackle today (press N to jump to the input).
Click the timer icon on any task to start a focused work session, or press Space to start/pause.
The timer auto-cycles: work → short break → work, until you check off the task. You'll hear a satisfying ding on completion.
Switch tabs, minimize the window, or put your phone away — the timer stays accurate and fires a notification at phase-end even if the tab is hidden or the Android app is in the background.
Press F to enter Focus Mode — a distraction-free view showing only the timer and your current task.
Use the Today filter to see only tasks created or completed today, or view all tasks.
Build your focus streak — complete at least one task every day and watch the streak counter grow in the header.
Pro users get per-task custom durations, category and tag labels, six alarm-sound presets, cloud sync across devices, and PDF/Excel reports.

Sign-in options

Sign in with Google in one click, or create an account with any email address and password (8+ characters — we send a verification link automatically and you can reset your password any time). Prefer not to sign in? Continue as a guest and use the Free tier with all your data kept locally on this device.

Privacy & security

Your task data stays yours. Firestore Security Rules ensure per-user data isolation — no one else can read or write your data. Payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). See the full Privacy Policy for details.

Cancellation & renewals

All plans are one-time payments — no auto-charge, ever. When your plan expires, we'll email you three days in advance so you can renew manually from the Upgrade menu. Cancelling is a single click in the User Menu or Pricing Modal, and a clear confirmation dialog shows exactly what you'll lose before you commit. You keep Pro access until your originally-scheduled expiry date.
